MB-70 is a modern aluminum system intended for realizations requiring thermal and acoustic insulation of exterior architectural building elements, eg .: various types of windows, doors, vestibules, spatial structures. The system profiles have a three-chamber structure. The structural depth of the window sections is 70 mm (frame), 79 mm (casement), and for doors: 70 mm and 70 mm. Such assumed depths of casement and frame sections give the effect of one surface from the exterior side after closing – in the case of the window, and the facing effect to the surfaces of casement and frame – in the case of doors. The shape of the profiles allows achieving slender and resistant window and door structures.

The MB-70 is characterized by a sensationally low heat transfer coefficient U, thanks to the use of special thermal separators and gaskets. This is very important in the era of increasing demands for energy management and environmental protection. The coefficient Uf for constructions of the MB-70 depending on the applied profiles and accessories range from 1.5 to 2.39 W / m2K. The system uses thermal profiled omega-shaped with a width of 34 (windows) and 24 mm (doors) made from polyamide reinforced with fiberglass. The offered shape of thermal breaks increases the rigidity of profiles as compared to flat breaks and facilitates the section drainage, ensuring the appropriate thermal insulation in all weather conditions. Thermal breaks applied in the windows have additional gaskets at the junction of the sections, as well as tongues dividing the chamber between the internal and external aluminum into three parts.The tightness is assured thanks to application of special gaskets made of two-component EPDM synthetic rubber: solid and cellular, which guarantees aging resistance during long-term operation and very good thermal insulation. MB-70 is the first system in which the central gasket used in this type of material.


In response to the growing demand for construction products with high thermal insulation have been developed window and door systems with thermal-70HI MB, MB-70US HI and a curtain wall of windows based MB-70CW HI. Their design is based on proven, sophisticated and highly valued base systems MB-70, MB-70US and MB-70CW. Thermal insulation framework of these systems is much greater than insulation systems underlying framework.

For the construction of the MB-70 HI coefficient Uf depending on the applied profiles and accessories range from 1.0 to 2.3 W / m2K. Increasing the thermal insulation is achieved by placing the central insulating chamber formed by a combination of thermal breaks aluminum, special insulating inserts. These contributions due to the low coefficient of thermal conductivity reduce heat flow through the chamber. The central location of inserts also reduces convection and thermal radiation.
