MB-OPENSKY 140
A pergola is a modern and extremely functional solution, used as a canopy for terraces or designated garden areas, which, depending on the user's needs and creativity, can find a wide range of applications.
The MB-OpenSky 140 system construction is made of extruded aluminum, which guarantees its durability and strength. The application of an innovative profile fitting method using specialized pins allowed for ensuring the stability of the entire system and aesthetic connection without visible gaps. The roofing consists of a module composed of movable louvers, equipped with a mechanism enabling angle adjustment along the axis from 0 to 135°. The louvers have special sealing gaskets that protect against rainwater, and the drainage system located in the columns allows for effective water drainage through gutters and downspouts to the storm water system.
The product meets strength requirements for snow load and strong wind gusts. Tests have shown that for a pergola with dimensions of length 6 m × width 4 m × height 3 m, the permissible snow load is 200 kg/m², which corresponds to a snow cover height of approximately 100 cm, with simultaneous wind load of approximately 95 km/h.
The pergola is available in freestanding and wall-mounted versions, with a special bracket enabling wall insulation. A two-aisle version is available, which allows for increased usable area. Maximum dimensions of one segment are: length 7 m x width 5 m x height 3 m.
