MB-86N with thermal insulation
The MB-86N window and door system is a product with very good parameters, offering the ability to meet diverse user needs. The profile construction has 2 variants depending on thermal energy saving requirements: ST and SI. MB-86N is a system offering excellent thermal and sealing parameters.
The advantages of the MB-86N system also include high profile strength, enabling the construction of large-scale and heavy structures. A hidden sash window version MB-86US is available, as well as an outward-opening window system with thermal break MB-86 Casement. MB-86B has been designed to meet the requirements of the Belgian market.
Features that affect the functionality and aesthetics of structures made in the MB-86N system:
- large range of profiles guarantees the required aesthetics and structural strength
- wide thermal breaks with a new shape, significantly improving thermal insulation
- two-component central seal perfectly seals and thermally insulates the space between the sash and frame
- glazing beads with additional sealing, available in three variants: Standard, Prestige, and Style
- profile shapes adapted for mounting various types of perimeter hardware, including concealed hinges
- wide glazing range allows for the use of all common types of double-chamber, acoustic, or anti-burglary glass
- profile drainage available in two variants: traditional or hidden
- outward-opening windows MB-86 Casement
- MB-86US windows with sashes invisible from the outside
- MB-86B system with ATG certification from the Belgian Research Institute UBAtc
- possibility of manufacturing anti-burglary windows and doors in classes RC1 – RC4
Based on the MB-86N system, panel doors can also be manufactured, offering rich aesthetic possibilities and able to meet the expectations of the most demanding users.
